 Channel Partner Incentive Plan lets you earn in 1 month:

1. Rs. 4000/- for 2 properties

2. Rs. 9000/- for 3 properties

3. Rs. 12000/- for 4 or more properties

 Terms & conditions

1. The properties closed must be in a single Zone in any month. 

Zones: North (north east & north west of Bangalore), East (whitefield area & surrounding), South-East (sarjapur Road & surrounding), Electronic City area, South West (Bannerghatta road, jayanagar, JP Nagar etc & surrounding), Central (MG. Road & surrounding)

2. Payable when tenant agreement starts

3. No of closures in a month is counted by the date of the agreement start date.

4. All terms must be adhered to. Our company policy must be clearly explained and sent to the tenant. All tenant details must be collected and shared with us as per our format. The tenant should pay the token only after we confirm.

5. You are free to collect any commission from the tenant. We will not be involved in that conversation.

6. The specific lead must NOT have contacted us directly before the agent inspection through the same or any other number.
