PropertyAngel Management Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in November 2014. As a leading O2O second landlord platform, we have over Rs. 2000 crores of assets under management, maintain an occupancy rate of over 95%, and a track record of on-time rent distribution of 100%.

Maximize returns from property
We are able to maximize our customers' returns by firstly avoiding risk by being very selective in our tenanting process. We have a super strong marketing platform, that in addition to our direct network, advertises every managed property across premium classifieds, social media channels including video marketing on youtube, and a very strong agent network. We have built in tools to predict rental rates and market conditions which prices every property in order to maximize rents and minimize vacancies. Finally, our business model is such that you get charged a management fee on a monthly prorated basis, ONLY when tenanted.
Technology
Technology is at the core of our offering. Besides providing a high level of automation, accuracy & security, all our customers get access to an app, where they can login and check any details about their property in real time, giving them complete transparency. We also provide apps to our agents and vendors, so they also automate their tasks, and are able to meet our SLAs. We also have rent analysis tools that is able to price optimal market rates when signing up a new tenant and at renewals during the property management process.
Personalization
We provide our landlord customers with a single point of contact, who is their Service Manager, during their relationship with us. The service managers are all senior level employees, empowered to make required decisions and are accountable for the business. Even though we have a centralized customer support team, we treat each customer with this level of personalization, as we know how frustrating it can be to not have one person who understands your unique property management requirements.
As an act of giving back and staying true to our mission, PropertyAngel also runs an online academy, called Prop.Academy which is designed to educate the real estate consumer, so they can safe guard their assets and/or their property-related transactions.
Finally, in order to help our customers in their investment decision making, we also curate investment opportunities, for which we offer complementary property management for 12 months.
