1. Definitions

• "Company" refers to PropertyAngel Management Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, employees, and representatives.
• "User" refers to individuals or entities accessing or using the services provided by PropertyAngel.
• "Services" refers to property management, tenant services, and related offerings provided by PropertyAngel.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our platform, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

3. Use of Services

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for our services.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate services if false or misleading information is provided.
• Users shall not use the platform for unlawful activities or any purpose other than those explicitly mentioned.

4. Payments and Charges

• Service fees and charges will be communicated during the service agreement process.
• Users agree to make timely payments for all services availed.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• PropertyAngel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:

• (For landlords) If the service has not commenced within the agreed timeline due to issues on PropertyAngel's end.
• In cases of duplicate payment, upon verification.
• Refund requests must be submitted at https://www.propertyangel.in/contact-us within 7 days of payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval, and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• For Tenants: Bookings are non-refundable and not eligible for refunds/cancellation.
• For Landlords: Cancellation before service begins is eligible for a refund minus processing fees.
• After service commencement, no refunds will be provided for partially rendered services.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at https://www.propertyangel.in/contact-us with all relevant details.

8. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or updates on the website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangalore, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
